Thank you for taking the time to learn more about the Moss Elite Youth Sports Organization.
Moss Elite is a 100% volunteer operated non-profit 501(c)(3) organization currently serving youth grades K-12 in Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana and West Virginia with hopes of expanding to include children in several other states in the upcoming future.
We started this organization with a mission of inclusion by ensuring every child would have the opportunity of participation no matter race, grade, age, gender, skill level, social status or economic background.
One way to achieve this goal was to create our own Moss Elite financial assistance program dedicated to helping eliminate the financial burden for those families who otherwise may be unable to afford placing their child/children in out of school organized athletics.
We offer a variety of different options within our organization to ensure inclusiveness for children of all skill levels such as developmental teams, local area league teams, local area travel teams, and national travel teams that compete on one of the top independent travel circuits in America (NY2LA).
In 2022 Moss Elite registered over 200 kids and due to overwhelming requests from families currently applying to become a financial assistance recipient in 2023 we expect to surpass last years registration numbers, but in order to facilitate this growth we are hoping people like you will believe in our mission enough to partner with us by donating to our fundraising efforts. Some of the expenses we hope to obtain assistance for include; weekly gym rentals for team practices and training, uniforms, insurance, league registration fees, shoes & equipment, transportation and travel assistance, food assistance, and tournament registration fees.
We believe that with your generosity Moss Elite can continue to grow and provide much needed assistance to families and team members in our communities and whether it’s with monetary donations or sponsorship’s or any type of in-kind donation for use in our silent auction and raffle fundraisers all contributions are welcomed and greatly appreciated and are tax deductible under our 501(c)(3).
